Description
SHP-01 series palladium-based catalysts have low active component content, and exhibit good resistance to water, colloid and toxic materials. SHN-01 series nickel-based catalysts have suitable pore structure and acid properties, high dispersion of active components, and exhibit good selectivity and excellent impurity resistance.
SHP-01. SHP-01S and SHP-01F are characterized by high activity, good selectivity even under low temperature and high space velocity. The SHN-01 catalyst is excellent in energy saving.

Description
BC-H-20B catalyst is used to remove acetylene from C2 fraction in ethylene unit of singlestage, two-stage, or three-stage fixed bed reactor. It is also suitable for deep purification of trace acetylene contained in ethylene. It can be applied in a wide range of operating conditions such as high space velocity etc., and shows high selectivity, less green oil production, and less adhesion to the catalyst.
BC-H-21B catalyst is suitable for gas-phase selective hydrogenation of acetylene and MAPD in the front-end process. It can be used in a wide range of operating conditions, and produces less green oil and less adhesion to the catalyst.

BC-L-83/BC-H-30 Series catalysts are used in liquid phase hydrogenation of C3 fractions,which can effectively remove propyne and propadiene from C3 fractions to meet the requirements of cracking units with increase of propylene output. It is also suitable for further
purification of monoenes from alkynes and dienes. By now, the catalysts have already been applied to more than 30 units worldwide, including units with capacity of more than 800KTA.
PST Series Propane Dehydrogenation Catalyst

Description
PST series propane dehydrogenation catalyst is designed to produce propylene and isobutene from propane and iso-butane based on the reaction of catalytic dehydrogenation in moving bed process.
It can be used in UOP Oleflex propane/iso-butane dehydrogenation and similar processes, either as supplement or whole replacement for the existing catalysts.
It exhibits high conversion rate, high propylene yield and low consumption of raw material.
The carbon deposition rate is reduced by more than 50%. The catalyst has high strength and excellent wear resistance. The strength decrease is only 2-3N per year, so the amount of fine that is harmful to the device is greatly reduced, which is less than 0.01% of the catalyst circulating amount. The catalyst has good chlorine retention capability and good Pt dispersion ability, and the amount of chlorine injected is only 0.1% of the circulating amount of catalyst.
The catalyst has good performance after regeneration as well.
