Description
Featured by the high selectivity, the low coke make rate, RC series catalysts are suitable for processing straight run naphtha, hydrocracking heavy naphtha, cracking gasoline, coking gasoline, condensate oil and etc. in the continuous reforming unit for high octane gasoline, aromatics and hydrogen.
RC011 (or in laboratory name “PS- Ⅵ”) has low carbon deposition rate and high selectivity, which can be used in various continuous reforming processes with good feasibility, such as UOP, AXENS, SLCR, SCCCR and etc.
RC191 (or in laboratory name “PS-Ⅷ”) is the high bulk density catalyst. By introducing the additives and adjusting the acid function and metal function of the catalyst, it overcomes the limitation of pinning effect so as to reach the high feed space velocity. By optimizing the pore volume and pore size distribution of the carrier, it increases the bulk density of the carrier. By optimizing the catalyst formula, the platinum content is reduced to 0.24w%. Hence under the condition of the same loading volume, the platinum consumption amount of RC191 is comparable to that of the conventional low bulk density catalyst.
SR Series Semi-Regenerative Reforming Catalyst

Description
SR-1000 catalyst uses a novel alumina carrier with large surface area, optimized pore distribution and pore volume to improve catalyst activity and selectivity. Innovative manufacturing technologies are applied to enable high dispersion of active component on the catalyst. Based on the original in-situ sulfurization technology, no extra sulfide needs to be added during the startup process.
With the feedstock of naphtha blended with 40% coking gasoline, under the same or similar severity of the feedstock and the operating conditions, compared with the reference catalyst, the gasoline yield increases by more than 1.5%, the carbon deposition rate reduces by more than 30%. It shows the higher activity and selectivity, stability and regeneration performance.
RAX Series Meta-Xylene Adsorbent

Meta-xylene (MX) adsorption units in liquid phase
Description
RAX series meta-xylene(MX) adsorbent is for meta-xylene (MX) production under a simulated moving bed adsorption process in liquid phase. It is used to selectively absorb and separate MX from the C8 aromatic isomers to produce high purity MX.
The commercial result shows that MX product purity is ≥ 99.6%, and MX yield is ≥ 95% per single pass. The operating temperature is between 130℃ and 160℃, and the operating pressure is between 0.6 MPa and 1.0MPa.
Breakthrough is made in adsorption capacity and selectivity for RAX-III which contributes to the increasing of the processing capacity by 20% compared to RAX-II.
RAX Series Para-Xylene Adsorbent

Para-xylene (PX) adsorption separation units
Description
RAX series para-xylene (PX) adsorbent is for para-xylene (PX) production under a simulated moving bed adsorption separation process with continuous counter-current flow of the liquid phase. It is used to selectively absorb and separate PX from the C8 aromatic isomers to produce high purity PX.
The commercial result shows that PX product purity is ≥ 99.8%, and PX yield is ≥ 98% per single pass. The operating temperature is between 140℃ and 190℃ , and the operating pressure is between 0.6MPa and 1.0MPa.
RAX-4000 has very good selectivity, mass transfer property and high processing capacity.
HAT/HLD Series Toluene Disproportionation and Transalkylation Catalyst

Description
The catalysts are composed of metal modified zeolites, which can convert toluene and C9+ aromatics to high-quality benzene and xylene by disproportionation, transalkylation and hydrodealkylation reactions. The catalysts exhibit high selectivity and high activity, as well as
excellent processing capacity of heavy aromatics.
According to commercial experiences, the service life of the catalyst is more than six years, depending on the feedstock conditions. Furthermore, a toluene shape-selective disproportionation catalyst with para-xylene selectivity of 93% has also been developed.
RIC Series Xylene Isomerization Catalyst

Description
RIC series Xylene isomerization catalysts are used in the isomerization process unit in aromatics complex to maximize para-xylene (PX), ortho-xylene (OX) and meta-xylene (MX) production. They are suitable for the raw materials of C8 aromatic hydrocarbons with different mass fractions of ethylbenzene.
The commercial results show high isomerization activity and the good selectivity of the catalysts,
The para-xylene approach to equilibrium rate(PXATE) is more than 96.5%, the ethylbenzene approach to equilibrium rate(EBATE) is more than 70% (When the mass fractions of ethylbenzene in fresh C8 aromatic feed is less than 10%), and the single pass loss of C8
aromatic hydrocarbons is less than 2.2%. The unit can meet the target under the load of 110%.

AEB Series Ethylbenzene Catalyst
Application
Liquid phase alkylation units from benzene and ethylene
Description
AEB series ethylbenzene catalyst is applied in alkylation unit of liquid phase to produce ethylbenzene from benzene and ethylene.
It has clover and cylindrical shape, adopting nano-molecular sieve complex as the main active component. It improves the catalyst activity and reduces the consumption rate of the catalyst.
The commercial results show that under the conditions of 250 ℃ , 3.5MPa, 3h-1. B/E 12. the ethylene conversion is 100%, the ethylbenzene selectivity ≥ 92% (m), and the ethylation selectivity ≥ 99% (m).
EBC, AB & SEB Series Ethylbenzene Catalyst

Description
The EBC catalyst is developed for benzene alkylation with pure ethylene in a liquid-phase, fixedbed reactor to produce ethylbenzene. SCM-1 zeolite is adopted as the active component for the EBC catalyst. The delaminated SCM-1 zeolite possesses ultra-large external surface areas.
Therefore, the EBC catalyst exhibits excellent performance.
The AB catalyst is designed for benzene alkylation with pure ethylene in a vapor-phase, fixedbed reactor to produce ethylbenzene. The catalyst shows very stable performance in terms of ethylene conversion and selectivity.
The SEB catalyst is developed for benzene alkylation with dilute ethylene from refinery offgas.
Contributed to the unique morphology of ZSM zeolite, the diffusion limitation is substantially reduced. The undesired reaction to produce polyalkylbenzene and other byproducts is reduced, leading to the improved activity and selectivity.
GS Series Styrene Catalyst

Ethylbenzene dehydrogenation units
Description
The GS Catalysts for ethylbenzene dehydrogenation to produce styrene exhibit high activity, high selectivity and excellent stability in different processes. Under the optimized industrial operation conditions, the ethylbenzene conversion is about 65%, and styrene selectivity is above 97%.
The catalyst can be operated with very high LHSV. Commercial experience shows the catalyst service life of more than three years.
MP Series Cumene Catalyst

Description
The MP-01 and the MP-02 catalyst are designed for alkylation and transalkylation respectively in cumene processes.
MP-01 is used for alkylation from benzene and propylene in the fixed-bed reactor, resulting in high selectivity to cumene and very low formation of undesired byproducts.
MP-02 is used for transalkylation in a separate, fixed-bed reactor where polyisopropylbenzene is converted to cumene. The feedstock pre-treatment is adopted to remove materials that may poison the catalyst. The high performance of MP-01 and MP-02 comes from special distribution of acid sites and unique, layered organic hybrid-zeolite.
Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) Pd/C Catalyst

Purified terephthalic acid (PTA) unit
Description
The catalyst is applied to the production of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) in a two-step process. Featured in good thermal stability, high toxicant (sulfur) resistance, high mechanical stability, it exhibits high operational flexibility, low hydrogen consumption, high hydrogenation capacity for impurities while producing PTA with low B-value.
With good dispersion of palladium, it’s especially suitable for the hydrogenation reaction of 4-CBA in terephthalic acid.
