Description
DQC series catalyst is a kind of spherical PP catalyst, among which, DQC301 catalyst is suitable for single loop process to produce homo-polymer; DQC401 catalyst is suitable for single loop, double loops and loop combined with gas-phase PP process, for producing homo-polymer, impact co-polymer, binary co-polymer, ternary polymer, etc.;

The homo-polymer produced by DQS01 catalyst has high breaking elongation and high breaking stress, and has been successfully used in the production of high strength polypropylene geotextile and high-speed coating film.

Description
BCU series catalyst is a sphere-like (spheroidal) catalyst including phthalate product BCU-100 and non-phthalate product BCU-300. BCU catalyst is especially suitable for fluidized bed units such as Unipol through the control of fines, bulk density and size of powder. The content of fines is 50% less than that of common commercial catalyst; The bulk density of powder can be adjusted between 0.30-0.43 g/cm3 to meet the requirements of the unit. BCU catalysts are suitable for the production of homo-polymer, random and impact co-polymer.
