It is a spherical bead alumino-silicate gel, which is liquid water resistance. It is typically used as protective layer of other adsorbents in dryers. It can also used alone in high water content dryer with risk of free water carry over.

-Drying of organic liquids as LPG, aromatics, hydrocarbon condensate.
-Drying of air and industrial gases: hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, CO2. methyl chloride, natural gas and synthesis gas.
WS-10 can be used in both TSA or PSA unit.
WS-10 is water resistant silica alumina gel.

Form: Spheres: 1.5-3.0 mm, 2.0-5.0 mm (other sizes are also available)
Chemical Formula: SiO2.nH2O (Water Resistance Type)
Chemical Compostion: Al2O3 ≥ 85 %, Al2O3 ≤ 15 %
Surface Area: 500-600 m2/g
Total Pore Volume: 0.35-0.45 cc/g
Sock-loading Density: 700-760 kg/m3 ± 3% depending on loading technique
Crush Strength: 100 N
Adsorption Capacity (@ 25℃): RH=10% ≥ 3.5 %, RH=20% ≥ 6 %, RH=60% ≥ 22 %, RH=80% ≥ 32 %
Moisture content: ≤ 3 %
Packaging: 140 kg in 200 liter metal drums, 800 kg in 1.100 liter super sacks (IBC flexible)
Associated Applications
