    Ceramic Raschig Ring

    It is inert ceramic raschig ring shaped which is produced from a specially formulated silica / alumina material and fired under strict controlled conditions ensuring the following properties:

    High temperature resistance

    High thermal shock resistance

    Uniform roundness to minimize pressure drop

    High crushing strength.

    High void space.

    Form: Nominal Size: 3.2 / 4.8 / 6.4 / 9.0 / 12.0 mm diameter

    Compostion: Al2O3+SiO2

    Sock-loading Density: 800-900 kg/m3 ± 3% depending on loading technique

    Side Crush Strength: 20 kg

    Void Fraction: 55 – 68 %

    Packaging: 25 kg in small bags, 180 kg in 200 liter metal drums, 850 kg in 1.100 liter super sacks (IBC flexible)
