Application:this is a calcium-form 5A molecular sieve designed specifically for hydrogen Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) processes. It provides high capacity and fast kinetics for the adsorption of nitrogen, carbon dioxide, and especially carbon monoxide. Its pore structure and calcium exchange enhance both adsorption-desorption performance and mechanical stability during PSA operations.
Packing: Big bags with PE liners or steel drums with PE liners.
Storage:
When stored in original sealed packages in a cool, dry condition, the product has a shelf life of three years if packaged in big bags and five years if packaged in drums
Molecular Sieve Type 5A
it is a clay-bound sodium form of Type A molecular sieve. 5A molecular sieve will adsorb molecules with critical diameters up to 5 angstroms.
Z5P can be applied for both liquid and gas dehydration. Such as natural gas, air, propane, LPG and other hydrocarbon dehydration. It can also be applied for removal of H2S, CO2 and light mercpatans from various streams. It is usually used for natural gas and LPG sweetening.
Z5P is commonly used for hydrogen purification by pressure swing adsorption (PSA).
